Set out is a typical winter menu. We also have a summer menu and special menus for Xmas and Easter.
We can also accommodate requests with adequate notice.

- Italian Salad. Made with mozarella, tomatoes, cucumber & olives.
- An assortment of seasonal crudites.
- A selection of local cooked meats.

Main course

Savoyard Specialities.
- Diot sausages, potato fritters with Beaufort cheese & streaky bacon.
- Veal escalope and croquettes.
- Rabbit in mustard sauce with polenta and bacon.
- Roast pork and dauphinoise potatoes.
- Tartiflette with cold meats and salad.
- Vacherin du Mont d'Or. A local dish made from Vacherin cheese, potatoes and cured ham.
- Fondue aux morilles. A classic French fondue of cheese and morilles mushrooms with bread to dip.
- Gratin sizeret de Sixt. Potatoes, diots, ham, leeks, bechamel sauce and Tomme cheese. A traditional dish from neighbouring Sixt.
