The whole building has electric central heating. The lounge is fully equipped with UK satellite TV, home cinema, DVD player with facilities to play both CDs and ipod/MP3s though the sound system. There is a selection of books, games, CDs and DVDs but please feel free to bring your own too! Wireless internet access is also available.

Stairs lead to the:

First floor plan.

• Double room with ensuite jacuzzi bath & shower with south facing balcony
• Bedroom with 2-4 single beds. North facing balcony
• Further bathroom with hydrotherapy shower and toilet

All the bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe and drawer space and all the beds are of a high quality with excellent mattresses. No tired put-you-up beds. If you do decide to squeeze 10 people in, even the bed settee in the lounge is comfortable. We know, we've tried it!

In addition to providing ski storage, the garage contains 2 sledges and 3 mountain bikes which are free for guests to use when conditions are right. There is a private parking space for up to two cars outside. Covered parking for 1 car may be available in the garage.

There is a large, private, south and south west facing garden leading from the patio and hot tub. Great for al fresco entertaining in the summer. For the summer there is also a teak garden table and chairs to help you enjoy an outdoor breakfast or soak up the late evening sun, which hits the patio by 7.45am and doesn't set behind the mountains until after 8pm.
