Chalet-fantastic, better than the website shows. Hot tub-great carrot to get kids back down off the mountain. Mountains-unbelievable. Amazing views. Recommend-rock climbing at Sixt, coming at this time of year with no other tourists around. Mountain biking fantastic. JF was brilliant with all our needs and very helpful.

Fantastic chalet-comfortable, warm with everything we needed. Beautiful views and lovely, sunny weather. We really enjoyed ourselves this week. You're so lucky to own such a great chalet.... the bikes were great fun..... Jean Francois was a great help when we had a problem with the skibus. He provided an excellent service including delivering a delicious meal on our first night.

The chalet was very attractive in appearance and in a nice quiet location with good mountain views. The photos do not do it justice. Sky and music was great and we found the chalet very comfortable.....excellent levels of equipment....we would highly recommend it. The resort was also very good. Pretty village, no lift queues and access to a large area.

The Chalet was fantastic and had everything we needed. We found all the equipment we required. We cooked and ate in the chalet most nights as kitchen had all the utensils etc that we could have asked for. Was in a lovely quiet area. Particularly liked the eating area and big table that we could all sit at.

We had trouble with water dripping from the pipes under the sink! It was fixed in under an hour of us making the call. Very fine service!

Chalet was beautiful.... with plenty of kitchen equipment....very up to date entertainment wise. Really enjoyed the rocking chair (we all want one now) and the real fire was a pleasure. All the furniture was comfy. Dining table was lovely and big. The utility, drying room and garage were all handy. Towels and bedding were lovely.

We loved our time here at Chalet Claud. We ate in most nights but ventured out once to Le Bois de Lune. Ace! We explored lots, waded rivers and snowboarded. The Hot-tub helped soothe tired legs.

Fantastic Chalet,we won't want to go anywhere else. Quote from the children "We don't love it, we really love it, especially our bedroom." For the member of our party who discovered she didn't like skiing, Chalet Claud was a welcome refuge. The chalet far exceeded our expectations and we are sorting out dates to book again.

We always enjoyed coming back to the hot-tub. Our ski-school classmates were really jealous.You were really helpful and informative. Jean Francois was helpful and welcoming despite our terrible French.
